Services categorized under Japa Maid / Nanny, Elderly Caretaker, and Patient Caretaker represent non-clinical daily routine assistance, personal comfort, and companionship. These services do not constitute registered medical care, clinical nursing, or physician diagnostic treatment. Any medical or emergency requirement must be directed to licensed healthcare institutions.

3. Household Obligations & Respect

Households engaging domestic support coordinated via Helper Home agree to provide a safe, respectful, and dignified working environment free from harassment, hazardous conditions, or unreasonable demands outside agreed scopes.

4. Accuracy of Information

Enquirers agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding home locality, duties required, and household members to facilitate appropriate matching.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
